How many edited photos in return?
All good images are returned after editing. Weddings are about capturing moments and joy. You can expect to receive at least 700+ photos from the wedding ceremony and 80+ from the engagement session.
How long does it take to receive the full album?
The complete wedding album is usually ready within 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the season.
What wedding photography packages do you have, and how many hours are included?
We offer wedding photography packages with 6-hour and 10-hour coverage. If these don’t meet your requirements, we can customize a package just for you.
How long does it take to produce an SDE (Same-Day Edit)?
The photographer and videographer require a minimum of 4 hours to produce an SDE (Same-Day Edit). If the break between sessions is less than 4 hours, we will not offer the SDE to ensure we focus on capturing the best possible photos of your wedding instead of rushing the editing process.
Do you provide RAW and unedited files?
A chef wouldn’t serve raw ingredients, just as I wouldn’t deliver unedited photos. However, if you still want the RAW files, they are available for an additional fee.
Why might it be necessary to have two photographers for a wedding?
With two photographers, you get more comprehensive coverage. This is especially valuable during the ceremony, as one can be at the front while the other captures the view from the back, providing different angles. It also allows you to cover the groom’s preparations as well as the bridal preparations. Moreover, having two photographers offers peace of mind—if one is unable to continue due to injury or equipment failure, the other can continue capturing your special day without interruption.
How do I book your services?
Once you decide to book us, we’ll send you a contract and an invoice outlining all the details. To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit along with a signed contract agreeing to the Terms and Conditions stated in the document.
In what situations could we postpone our wedding?
You can postpone your session without extra charges if certain conditions are met: government policy (such as a lockdown due to a pandemic), bad weather (specifically heavy rain or storms), or other unforeseen circumstances (subject to agreement between the client and the photographer)
Do I need to provide meals for the crew?
Yes, please provide meals for the crew. Food keeps us energized and ready to work. 😉
